- Craft Boutique Canada is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
- Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise. If you have any doubts about the item’s colour, please contact me before purchasing.
Shipping
- At this time Craft Boutique Canada ships to Canada and the USA only.
- Shipping to the USA and Canada is FREE. No minimums.
- Package will be shipped via Regular or Priority Mail with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you via email.
- Packages sent within Canada usually arrive between 5 and 10 business days.
- Packages sent to the USA usually arrive between 5 to 12 business days.
- During busy times for post services (such as Holidays) packages can arrive a little later.
- If you want to have the package shipped with expedited delivery, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me for an estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Sorry, no returns or exchanges for jewelry and hair accessories due to sanitary reasons.

- You will receive your purchase in beautiful packaging. Jewellery is individually packaged in Craft Boutique Canada’s gift boxes. You can easily reuse it to keep your new jewellery items in order.
- Accessories are packed using decorative and wrapping materials, including gift bags, boxes, or wrapping paper.
- The gift messaging is free, just let me know what message you want to include in the package.
